Hot or Cold? Many complain it's too hot and don't like the heat and others can't wait to get outside. Which one are you?

Hello and Welcome to the July heat in Las Vegas! Many complain it's too hot and don't like the heat and others can't wait to get outside. Which one are you? I used to try and avoid the weather conditions until I began cycling in 2008. I figured out pretty quick that being outdoors, whether hot or cold was changing my overall health and I was getting sick a lot less. Later, while working in a Sports combine, there was no heat and minimal swamp coolers during the summer. Again, I noticed I was not catching the virus's or colds and flu's which was unusual for me. I learned about Hormetic Stress. It is good for us to subject ourselves to environmental stresses and also calorie restriction stress. If you get encouraged or curious, start very slow and DON'T overdue. Try 5 minutes at a time and give yourself a chance to get stronger and HEALTHIER. If worried about dehydration, I put a little Himalayan sea salt in my water. Been doing this for years and it works.
